Established in 1961, Portakabin is an iconic brand leader in the modular building sector, supplying a wide range of markets across Europe with high quality, flexible and sustainable space solutions.
In an increasingly competitive market Portakabin had recognised the need to focus on their digital channel and improve lead generation from their website. Their website traffic was strong; converting site visitors to sales leads was the challenge.
Portakabin knew they needed a UX design specialist for this task and following a competitive pitch they enlisted Bolser to carry out a comprehensive UX Audit and recommend website enhancements to drive more quality leads.

The challenge
The key challenge with this project was to understand the buying process and how customers were using the site, so we could identify the issues and make changes to help convert more site visitors. Detailed user research and stakeholder engagement would be required, together with testing to validate our proposed design changes.
